By registering or using Acadcon (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for educational consultation between authorized students, teachers, and administrators. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.
You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to distribute malware or harmful content. Consultations should follow your school’s code of conduct and privacy rules.
Materials you submit remain yours or your institution’s, as applicable. You grant the minimum rights needed for the Service to operate (e.g., displaying messages to participants in a consultation).
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes should be reviewed with your institution.
For questions about these terms, contact your school administrator or the Service operator listed on your login page.
